About the University
Russian Biotechnology University (ROSBIOTECH University) is one of the largest scientific and educational centers preparing specialists in the field of food production and technologies, biotechnologies, medicine, veterinary medicine, hospitality industry, information technologies, and artificial intelligence. It was founded in 1930. The university provides training in more than 150 areas of bachelor's, specialty, master's, postgraduate, residency, and secondary vocational education.

Center for Cryogenic Technologies
The center trains specialists and interns, as well as conducts research in the following areas: refrigeration of food products; climate systems and life support; commercial refrigeration equipment with temperature monitoring; technological modes of refrigeration of products
Center for Applied Biotechnology
Two laboratories are located in the center: the laboratory of food technologies and biotechnology, studying microorganisms for health-saving food technologies, and the laboratory of vacuum freezing drying, developing technologies for preserving the beneficial properties of products for long-term storage.
Simulation complex (VR/AR)
This complex is engaged in the creation and implementation of virtual and augmented reality technologies (VR/AR simulation complexes) for the development of digital twins of technological processes in various industries.
Center for Intelligent Systems
The center trains qualified personnel for equipment manufacturers and their partners, conducts research and testing of new equipment. The center also provides training and advanced training for partner personnel, creating named laboratories for equipment testing.
Technopark
On the basis of the University, there is a "Polygon of Quality and Neurosensory Technologies," which is engaged in conducting modern high-precision methods of neuromarketing and sensory analysis, creating promising packaging solutions. The partners of the polygon are: LLC "Sensory lab," LLC "Shokoland."
Certification Center
The university has a Certification Center that includes six laboratories equipped for research according to Russian and international standards. The center checks the quality and safety of food products according to GOST and issues test reports.
