About the training program
The program focuses on thermophysics and thermodynamics. Students study the design of steam and gas turbines, steam boilers, and the operation principles of thermal and nuclear power plants. They also learn about the design and functioning of renewable and unconventional energy sources, heat exchangers for various purposes, and the design principles of central heating networks.
What do graduates do?
Graduates are in demand at various enterprises, including OJSC "Rosenergoatom Concern," Leningrad, Kola, and Kalinin nuclear power plants, State Unitary Enterprise "Fuel and Energy Complex of St. Petersburg," OJSC "TGK-1 Heat Generation Company," OJSC "St. Petersburg Heating Network." Positions include shift supervisor, reactor control engineer, workshop and site manager, chief district engineer, boiler equipment operator, turbine equipment operator, and others.
